‘Nobody starts out excellent’.
Beginners classes are great for learning or refreshing the fundamentals of Pilates and start to build a strong core. The movements are explained in detailed and the pace of the class is slow.
If you are new to Pilates or the Body Control Pilates method this is a great point to start!
Mixed Ability Classes
Once you are familiar with the principles of Pilates a mixed ability class will be the perfect way to keep progressing and enjoying Pilates.
Whether you are Improver or Advanced level, there will be something challenging for you!
Group classes are limited to 12 spaces so you can get the attention you need.
Currently the classes are Livestream through the Zoom platform. These are booked in blocks of 6 classes.
Once you book a block you will get an email with a Zoom link for the 6 weeks.
If you missed a class within the 6 week block, you will get a recording that lasts 48h.
