Beginners Classes
‘Nobody starts out excellent’.
Beginners classes are great for learning or refreshing the fundamentals of Pilates and start to build a strong core. The movements are explained in detailed and the pace of the class is slow.
If you are new to Pilates or the Body Control Pilates method this is a great point to start!
Mixed Ability Classes
Once you are familiar with the principles of Pilates a mixed ability class will be the perfect way to keep progressing and enjoying Pilates.
Whether you are Improver or Advanced level, there will be something challenging for you!
High Intensity Power Pilates Classes
A fusion between a High Intensity Workout and a Pilates class. By combining both disciplines you will burn calories plus benefit from increased flexibility and core strength.
Suitable for all levels except Pregnancy and Postnatal
FACE TO FACE & ONLINE GROUP CLASSES
Group classes are limited to 12 spaces so you can get the attention you need.
These are booked in blocks of 5, 6, or 7 classes following school terms.
Once you book a block you will get an email with a confirmation and address of the venue if the class is taught in-person or a Zoom link if the class is online.
If you missed a class within the 6 week block, you can catch up your session within the block providing there are spaces.
